Job Description
This state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation facility is dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. Our mission is to provide ongoing care and specialized treatment tailored to the individual needs of patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries. We maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.
Responsibilities

• Provide customized and intense rehabilitation services.
• Develop treatment plans and implement therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust rehabilitation strategies as needed.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Relevant licensure and certifications in rehabilitation specialties.
• Experience working with patients recovering from acute conditions.
