Job Description
Join our dedicated rehabilitation team as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in our inpatient rehab facility, where we provide high-quality rehabilitation care for patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. Our facility, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a multidisciplinary approach, will allow you to help patients on their journey to recovery.
Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and progress.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation processes.
• Document patient progress and maintain records in accordance with regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong time management and point-of-care documentation skills.
• Knowledge of G-Code scoring preferred.
