You are a Speech Language Pathologist looking for a new opportunity. Adoration Home Health seeks a passionate and dedicated Home Health SLP to join our team in Lenoir, NC. This role provides expert, patient‑centered care in a supportive and fulfilling environment.

Location & Schedule

Office Location: Lenoir, NC. Coverage Area: Burke, Caldwell, and Catawba County. Schedule: PRN, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients to evaluate their levels of speech or language difficulty, determining the need for continued therapy services
• Teach patients how to make sounds and improve their voices
• Teach alternative communication methods, such as sign language, to patients with little or no speech capability
• Educate and guide healthcare team members, patients, and caregivers in specific aspects of therapeutic exercises to support continued progress outside of direct therapy sessions
• Document appropriate progress and clinical notes noting patient's response to therapy and submit visit documentation per Agency policy

Qualifications

• Minimum of Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• At least one (1) year of work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Current, unrestricted license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) or CPR certification in accordance with state regulations
