Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time

Location: Highland, Indiana and Homewood, IL Job Type: Full-Time Setting: Pediatric Clinic & School-Based Therapy Pay Range: $70,000–$90,000 per year

We're looking for a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who wants the opportunity to work across both school-based and clinic settings. This role offers the flexibility to build a caseload around the needs of your clients while working alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients.
  • Provide engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy services in clinic and/or school-based settings.
  • Support client progress through individualized and engaging treatment approaches.
  • Supervise CFY providers when applicable to support continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to support positive client outcomes.
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships with children and their families.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other professionals involved in each child's care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
What You Bring
  • Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement through ISBE, or willingness to obtain.
  • 1–2 years of pediatric experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for working with the pediatric population.
  • Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.
  • Strong interest in helping children reach their communication and developmental goals.
