As a Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will be responsible for providing speech-language pathology services to our residents and patients, including assessment, treatment, and consultation. Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders, including speech, language, and cognitive impairments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient-centered goals
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care and treatment
- Participate in staff meetings and educational in-services to stay current with best practices and industry developments

- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Wisconsin licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Experience as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
