Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Pediatric Home Health
Provide pediatric speech therapy in home-based settings, collaborating with families and care teams to deliver personalized care using efficient documentation tools.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to children in their homes within a designated geographic zone.
- Maintain manageable caseloads and utilize streamlined, point-of-care documentation systems.
- Engage with families and multidisciplinary teams to support children's communication development.
- Participate in training, professional development, and optional outreach programs abroad.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Eligible for or holds CCC-SLP certification.
- Valid state licensure or certification in Speech Language Pathology.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
