Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive rehabilitation environment within a nursing home setting.

Responsibilities Include

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Providing therapy using progressive modalities to address various diseases and impairments.
• Ensuring a positive rehab experience for patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Licensed in the state of practice with a minimum of 3 C's.
• Preferred experience in rehab SNF settings, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• This role is not suitable for CFY candidates.
