Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
- Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy services to patients with diverse needs and abilities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop strategies for improvement
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based research in speech language pathology

What You Will Need
- Master's degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program
- New Jersey SLP state licensure
- Experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting preferred
