Join a Supportive School-Based Team in Humble, TX. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team for full-time, school-based openings in Humble, TX. We have opportunities available across both elementary and secondary campuses, allowing clinicians to work in settings that best align with their experience, strengths, and preferences. Candidates will be thoughtfully matched to placements based on experience and preference.

What You'll Do

  • Support Student Success – Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
  • Support a variety of communication needs across academic and functional settings
  • Collaborate with School Teams – Participate in ARD/IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Help create positive, student-centered therapy environments
  • Lead & Support – Provide supervision and guidance to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLP-As), if applicable
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with district expectations

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Texas SLP license
  • ASHA CCCs preferred
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
