What You'll Do
- Support Student Success – Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
- Support a variety of communication needs across academic and functional settings
- Collaborate with School Teams – Participate in ARD/IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Help create positive, student-centered therapy environments
- Lead & Support – Provide supervision and guidance to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLP-As), if applicable
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with district expectations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Texas SLP license
- ASHA CCCs preferred
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
