Position Overview

ZarminaliPediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our inaugural team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota . In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting children\'s growth and development by diagnosing, treating, and creating individualized care plans while collaborating closely with other clinicians to deliver whole-child, family-centered care.

What You\'ll Do

  • Evaluation & Diagnosis: Review hearing, speech, and language assessments (including test results, barium swallow studies, and patient histories) to diagnose and plan treatment for communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Testing & Assessment: Administer speech and language evaluations using standardized tools and instruments to identify the type and degree of impairments.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans for disorders such as stuttering, delayed language, swallowing difficulties, or voice problems, in collaboration with physicians, psychologists, and social workers.
  • Therapy Delivery: Plan, organize, and conduct speech, language, and feeding therapy sessions, coordinating with other therapeutic activities to maximize outcomes.
  • Family Education: Educate and train families and caregivers to best support the patient\'s progress at home and in daily life.
  • Documentation: Write reports and maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge plans in alignment with best practices and healthcare regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with occupational and physical therapists, advanced practice clinicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

What You\'ll Need

  • Active state license to practice Speech Language Pathology and Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Minimum of two years of pediatric practice experience
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records
  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to connect with children, families and care teams
  • Excellent organization, time management, and clinical judgement with ability to work independently and collaboratively

ZarminaliPediatrics is a national organization; compensation is determined using market-informed data, including industry benchmarks. Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location, local market conditions, state-specific factors, and individual qualifications, including years of experience, education, and scope of responsibility. This role may also be eligible for additional productivity or performance-based bonus incentives.
