Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for the state of Michigan

- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students across kindergarten through 12th grade
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with students' educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress and advocate for student needs
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
