Salary Range: $68,000 – $92,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in an elementary school in Easton, MD for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to help students improve their communication skills and access their education more effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students receiving speech services
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students individually or in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation and therapy notes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide strategies and recommendations to classroom teachers to support communication in the classroom
- Stay current with best practices and participate in professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (required)
- Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required
- Experience working with children in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
