As a Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. About the Role:
As a Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:
- Evaluate and treat residents with communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet residents' unique needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and training to residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, treatments, and progress notes
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in team conferences and meetings to discuss resident progress and revolving concerns
- Stay current with professional developments and best practices in speech-language pathology
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to speech-language pathology services
