Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Culver, IN

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or associate degree for SLPA.
• Active state licensure or eligibility as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA.
• Strong understanding of speech and language assessment, intervention strategies, and IEP processes in school settings.
• Collaborative approach-comfortable working with educators, parents, and support staff.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for supporting diverse student populations.

Primary Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for students.
• Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings, onsite only.
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering input and progress reports to multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate staff and families on strategies for supporting student communication.
• Maintain thorough records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements.
• Serve as a resource for teachers and school staff regarding speech and language needs in the classroom.
