Deliver focused speech therapy sessions addressing communication, language skills, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing difficulties.
Team up with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to design unified care plans.
Educate patients and their families to facilitate progress beyond clinical settings.
Incorporate occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
Maintain precise and timely documentation that meets organizational, state, and federal regulations.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for those not yet ASHA-certified.
Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
A Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate required within the first month of employment.
Strong foundation in evidence-based treatment methodologies applicable to all age groups, with comprehension of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
