Conduct comprehensive evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients utilizing standardized tests and observation techniques.

Create tailored treatment plans targeting immediate and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs.

Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions that concentrate on communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing capabilities.

Cooperate with a team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and families to develop integrated care plans.

Provide educational resources for patients and families to facilitate progress beyond the clinical environment.

Engage in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions to ensure a seamless treatment experience.

Keep thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies.

Remain informed about the latest advancements in the field through continuous professional development and collaboration with peers.

A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based practices for individuals of all ages, with a solid foundation in developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.

Adept at modifying therapy techniques to address diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Strong clinical acumen and problem-solving skills to tailor therapy to individual needs.

Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation requirements.
