Post Rehabilitation Services is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist at Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehab Center. You'll support residents as they work through changes in communication, thinking, or swallowing, with treatment focused on their everyday needs.
What You'll Do
- Assess residents' speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities
- Develop treatment goals and provide individualized therapy
- Share practical strategies with residents, families, and care staff
- Monitor progress and keep clinical documentation current
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k)

- Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral
- Support from the therapy team and regional leadership
- Active New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Strong clinical communication and documentation skills
- Skilled nursing experience is a plus
