What Your Week Looks Like
- Evaluate and treat pediatric and adult clients
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in weekly consults, mentorship, and case discussions
- Grow your skills in areas that interest you—not just what fills a schedule
Schedule Details
- 24–40 hours/week (full-time or part-time)
- Afterschool availability required
- Hybrid model with in-clinic therapy + remote admin time
Who We’re Looking For
We’re less focused on checking every box and more focused on who you are as a clinician .
Required
- California SLP license, RPE, or SLPA
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for family-centered, ethical therapy
- Curiosity and desire to keep growing
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Interest or experience in AAC, voice, aphasia, adult neuro
- Desire to expand into advanced clinical work or leadership
Both new and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $65,000–$100,000/year (based on experience, hours, and role)
