Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated rate range ≈ $40-50/hr, depending on experience, setting, location, and employment status (full-time, part-time, or PRN)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive‑communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress using EMR systems
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care
• Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program
• Current KS SLP license (or eligibility)
• CCC‑SLP preferred, but CFs will be considered when supervision is available
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
