Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology services to our residents, including assessment, treatment, and documentation of progress
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for our residents
- Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care we provide
