Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist at Autumn Lake at Oak Manor. You'll work with residents whose communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs affect how they connect with others and take part in daily life.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate residents and establish treatment goals based on their needs
- Provide speech-language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy
- Help residents and caregivers use strategies beyond the treatment session
- Review progress, document care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k)

- Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral
- Support from the therapy team and regional leadership
- Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Skilled nursing experience is a plus
