Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Long Term Care (LTC) / Rehab setting at Tide Health Group – Buffalo Prairie .
This role involves evaluating and treating patients with speech, cognitive, and swallowing disorders , while working in a supportive rehab environment with consistent weekday scheduling.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat speech, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized plan of care
- Perform dysphagia and communication therapy
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
- Participate in care conferences and team meetings
- Supervise CFY students if required

Required Qualifications
Active Missouri SLP License
CCC-SLP Certification REQUIRED
Minimum 1 year SLP experience
LTC / SNF experience REQUIRED
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years experience
Strong dysphagia management skills
Experience supervising CFY students
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- On‑call: None
Must submit at posted rate ($85/hr)
New grads accepted (if strong clinical rotation)
Only 1 reference required at submission
