How You’ll Make a Difference
- Evaluate & Assess: Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments to identify individual student needs.
- Targeted Intervention: Design and deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy plans tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Team Collaboration: Partner closely with educators, specialists, and parents to integrate communication goals into the classroom.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor, document, and celebrate student growth, adapting strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
- IEP Leadership: Active participation in IEP meetings to advocate for tailored educational plans and accommodations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Licensure: Valid State License in Speech-Language Pathology (or active eligibility); CCC-SLP preferred (CFYs welcome to apply).
- Experience: Prior experience in a pediatric or school setting is a strong plus.
