Position Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to return patients to optimal physical function in a skilled nursing facility. The therapist facilitates patient, physician, and therapy goals, and instructs patients in maintaining function after discharge through education, independent exercise programs, and activity modification.
Education and Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Active, unencumbered license from the state of practice.
- Basic computer skills; ability to navigate service delivery software and electronic health record systems.
Shifts & Wages
- Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN opportunities.
- Day shifts.
- Wage based on experience.
- Sign‑on bonus: $10,000 for full‑time employees paid quarterly.
