Ultimate Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse resident population while providing individualized therapy in a collaborative skilled nursing and post-acute care environment.
What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on communication, cognition, and dysphagia
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies
• Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
