Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment and therapy plans for a diverse patient population.
• Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
• Educate patients and their families about speech disorders, their causes, and related disabilities or traumatic events.
• Maintain detailed records of patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress.
• Report patient progress and current status to relevant parties, including family members, teachers, or other medical professionals.

Requirements:

• Current State of Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Experience with pediatric and adult patients in both Inpatient and Outpatient therapy settings.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Speech-Language Pathology principles and practices.
