## Job Description

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide assessment and therapy services to children with communication and related developmental needs. The ideal candidate will deliver individualized, evidence-based care while collaborating with families and other professionals to support each child's progress.

## Responsibilities
- Assess speech, language, communication, and related needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy services and monitor client progress.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals.
- Follow applicable professional standards and best practices.

## Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or an equivalent qualifying degree.
- Minnesota licensure or eligibility to obtain the required license.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- New graduates who meet the required education and licensure criteria will also be considered.

**Preferred:** Previous experience working with children with autism.
