CareRite Centers is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment for residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. The SLP will assess speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to improve functional outcomes and quality of life. Working in a collaborative, resident-centered environment, you will partner with nursing, rehab, and medical teams, educate families and staff, and contribute to quality initiatives in a fast-paced post-acute and long-term care setting.
