You’ll treat adults across prehabilitation, active treatment, and survivorship, with a caseload focused on dysphagia, trismus, speech, voice, cognitive-communication, and related effects of head and neck cancer treatment. Key Role/Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and treat head and neck cancer-related swallowing, speech, voice, and communication impairments.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation colleagues and oncology teams, including case conferences and relevant tumor boards.
• Help shape clinical pathways, workflows, and partnerships as the program grows.
Required Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders; CCC-SLP and completed Clinical Fellowship.
• Indiana SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure before providing patient care.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with, or a strong foundation in, medically complex adult populations; comfort delivering telehealth.
• Evidence-based care in head and neck oncology, dysphagia, voice, speech, laryngectomy/TEP management, general understanding of lymphedema, and/or instrumental swallowing evaluations preferred.
The ideal candidate brings a genuine passion for caring for people living with head and neck cancer, a collaborative and relationship-driven approach to program development, and the enthusiasm to contribute to CRG's growth and partnerships.
