To support a school-based program, the full-time Virginia Licensed Speech Language Pathologist will provide therapy services, conduct assessments, develop IEP plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Provide direct therapy services and conduct evaluations for a caseload of 50-55 K-5 students Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) while monitoring student progress Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students Required qualifications Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist and Department of Education Licensure National License: ASHA certification preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual SLP within the last 3 years Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred
