PM Kidz is excited to welcome a passionate and skilled Speech Therapist to our rapidly expanding Speech Therapy Department. As we continue to provide exceptional care to our diverse pediatric population, we are seeking a dedicated professional committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

Position*: Speech Therapist
Location*: PM Kidz Plus - Hollywood, MD
Schedule*: Flexible, In-person

*Key Responsibilities:*

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions tailored to patient needs.
Track patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including pediatricians, psychologists, and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
Educate and engage families in the therapy process with tools, strategies, and ongoing support.

*Qualifications:*

Active license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Proven experience in assessment, treatment planning, and therapy implementation.
Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language disorders.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with patients and families.
Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to care.
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with best practices.
