Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Implement therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on communication strategies and techniques.
Experience/Qualifications
- State licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent collaboration skills with healthcare professionals.
