nWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our pediatric outpatient clinic in Osceola, United States. - Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific needs and goals n
- Provide therapy services using evidence-based techniques and innovative approaches n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care n
- Educate and support parents, guardians, and caregivers on home-based strategies and exercises n
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, progress notes, and treatment documentation n
- Stay current with the latest advancements in pediatric speech-language pathology and incorporate new techniques into practice n
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our clinic's services n
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accreditation standards and regulatory requirements n
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and their families n
Qualifications:
Qualifications

- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution n
- Current state license/certification in speech-language pathology n
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in pediatric speech pathology preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply n
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on interpersonal abilities n
- Demonstrated competency in applying principles, methods, materials, and equipment used in speech therapy n
- Familiarity with a wide range of pediatric speech and language disorders n
- Experience with various assessment tools and therapeutic techniques for pediatric patients n
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills n
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements in healthcare settings n
- Willingness to provide therapy services at our outpatient clinic, with flexibility to accommodate patient needs n
- Passion for working with children and a patient, empathetic approach to treatment n
