Speech-Language Pathologist (Pediatric Outpatient)
Location: Paris, TN Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Schedule: Monday-Thursday, approximately 7:30/7:45 AM-5:00/5:30 PM (No weekends, nights, or on-call) Setting: Outpatient Pediatric Therapy Patient Population: Children ages 0-18
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide one-on-one evaluation and treatment for pediatric patients with communication, developmental, feeding, and swallowing needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about pediatric care and interested in building long-term relationships with children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Treat speech, language, articulation, phonological, fluency, social communication, AAC, feeding, and swallowing disorders
- Monitor progress and update plans of care
- Educate caregivers and provide home programs
- Complete timely clinical documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with OT, PT, physicians, educators, and other professionals
- Provide engaging, family-centered, evidence-based care
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Tennessee SLP license required
- CCC-SLP preferred
- At least 1 year of experience preferred
- Pediatric experience preferred; outpatient, early intervention, autism, AAC, or feeding experience is a plus
- New graduates/Clinical Fellows are not being considered
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Must pass a background check
Compensation:
- Billable-hour compensation model
- Experienced candidates paid according to established billable-hour scale
- Must be comfortable with billable-hour compensation
