South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment services in skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities across Hawaii. In this patient-centered, collaborative role, you will assess and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders, and develop individualized, outcome-driven care plans that promote functional independence and quality of life. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, document care according to regulatory standards, and participate in care conferences and quality initiatives.
