Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Newark, MD
Pay Rate: $50+/hour based on experience
At Navra, we believe great schools start with great people. We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a school-based setting in Newark, MD.
As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, Your Days Will Include:

• Evaluate and assess students with speech, language, communication, and related needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals related to speech and language services.
• Provide individual and small-group therapy based on student needs and IEP requirements.
• Support students with articulation, receptive and expressive language, fluency, voice, social communication, and other communication needs.
• Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust therapy strategies and interventions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, administrators, and other related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, eligibility meetings, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, therapy notes, and other required records in accordance with school and state requirements.

• Pay: $50+/hour based on experience
• Schedule: Follows the school calendar

Successful Candidates Possess

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active or eligible Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred when applicable
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, evaluations, and school-based service delivery
• Strong communication, organization, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
