Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for a travel assignment in Monroe, NC. This home health-based role requires you to cover parts of Anson and Union counties. You'll work with adults, primarily geriatric patients, offering your expertise to those experiencing difficulties such as CVA, TBI, and speech and cognition impairment.

- Conduct swallow studies and assess swallowing difficulties
- Provide patient and family education
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team during care consults
- State license, BLS certification, valid driver's license with insurance, and vehicle
- Master's degree or above
- Certification of Clinical Competency (CCCs)
- Minimum of 2 years experience with at least 3 months in Home Health
- Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase EMR
