CareRite Centers is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment for adults in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehab setting. The SLP will assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized care plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to support function and quality of life. This role collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary team, documents clinical outcomes, educates residents and families, and contributes to a resident-centered, compassionate, and quality-driven environment.
