This role involves evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff.
- Assist with program development and department initiatives.
- Provide in-services and education to staff as needed.
- Support the daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American.
- Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility to obtain certification.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
