Speech Language Pathologist

School Speech Language Pathologist position for a 36-week contract in Live Oak, Texas. The role offers competitive hourly pay up to $58/hr and comprehensive benefits. The position provides an opportunity to deliver speech-language therapy in elementary and middle schools while supervising assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders.

• Supervise and collaborate with SLP-Assistants to ensure effective therapy delivery.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.

• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions accordingly.

• Collaborate with faculty and parents to support student success and communication goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology, or equivalent.

• Current Texas State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

• ASHA Certification.

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting.

• Proficiency supervising 1-2 SLP-Assistants.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work onsite daily at elementary and middle school facilities.

• Background check required.
