Spectrum Center Schools and Programs seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for K–12 students with autism, emotional/behavioral challenges, and other special needs. In this role, you will manage a caseload, develop IEP goals, deliver individual and group therapy, collaborate with teachers and behavior teams, and guide classroom communication strategies. You’ll participate in multidisciplinary meetings, maintain timely documentation, partner with families and districts, and engage in ongoing professional development within our mission-driven, student-focused culture.
