Pay Range: $44$55 per hour
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a skilled nursing facility in Lenox, MA. This permanent, 30-hour-per-week role includes weekend coverage and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on residents communication and swallowing abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing function
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve communication skills and manage dysphagia
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Educate residents and families on therapy strategies and goals
Qualifications
- Active MA SLP license
- SNF experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
