CareRite Centers seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment for adult residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehab setting. You will assess speech, language, cognition, and swallowing, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to improve function and quality of life. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document clinically and compliantly, educate families and staff, and support a resident-centered, compassionate environment focused on outcomes and continuous improvement.
