Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school-based team serving students from Preschool through 8th Grade. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists, Clinical Fellows (CF), and new graduates looking to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative educational environment.

The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide individualized and small-group speech and language therapy to approximately 60 students, helping them achieve success both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy to students ages 3-12 years
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy focused on articulation, expressive and receptive language, social communication, and language development
• Develop engaging, evidence-based therapy activities
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and student progress reports
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and educational planning
• Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Florida SLP License or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred but not required
• Clinical Fellows (CF) and New Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred
