Speech Language Pathologist in Marrero, LA

This full-time, on-site position serves a diverse caseload and welcomes applications from experienced clinicians as well as strong clinical fellows or assistants enthusiastic about serving elementary learners.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP licensure or eligibility in the state, with CCCs preferred
• School-based SLP experience is beneficial, but highly-motivated Clinical Fellows (CF) and SLP Assistants (SLPA) are encouraged to apply
• Demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for a variety of communication disorders
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full-time caseload of 50-60 elementary school students with a range of communication needs
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions, collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Participate in the development of IEPs and perform required documentation in accordance with school policies and state guidelines
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments for eligibility and goal setting
• Provide on-site services exclusively-remote work is not available for this role
