Silver Oaks Health Campus is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive assessment, treatment planning and therapy in an interdisciplinary setting.
Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing individualized therapy plans, delivering interventions for articulation, language, voice and swallowing, and documenting progress in compliance with facility policies. Licensure in state SLP and CCC-SLP preferred or required.
