Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional assessment and treatment services to the adult neurogenic population across Cook County and neighboring counties.
- Work as an Independent Contractor in home health and medical settings with autonomy over schedule and caseload.
- Receive clinical support and/or supervision for SLPs with limited to no home health experience.
Qualifications
- Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with interest in neurorehabilitation and adult neurogenic care.
- Ability to manage own patients and schedules; comfort in home health environment.
- Willingness to receive clinical support or supervision if needed.
