Erickson Senior Living is seeking Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologists to provide assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services for older adults in our continuing care community. In this flexible role, you will evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders; develop and implement individualized treatment plans; document progress; and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team. You will educate residents, families, and staff, support care transitions across levels of service, and contribute to quality, resident-centered outcomes in a compassionate, mission-driven environment.
