In this full-time role, you will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in post-acute and long-term care settings. You will design individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and document progress while collaborating closely with nursing, rehab, and medical teams.
