Sigma Rehab is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based evaluation and treatment for adults with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in an on-site rehab setting. The SLP will complete assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver 1:1 and group therapy, and document care in EMR per regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, support safe discharge planning, and contribute to quality and outcome initiatives in a supportive, growth-focused culture.
